I didn’t order the diet chat!

We started the Diet-Free Diners Club as a group for people who want to enjoy a social meal without talk about diets, weight loss or needing to ‘burn off’ the calories.

You’ll enjoy some delicious food and socialise with like-minded people on their own diet-free journey. There’ll also be some fun games and prizes!

All events are hosted by one of our friendly dietitians.
